We’ve designed EPB Quantum Network to be easy to access, no matter what kind of product deployment, demonstration, or validation you’re working on.
First, you’ll work with an EPB Quantum Network Business Development Account Manager to understand your needs and identify a package that will work best for you.
Users who meet the following criteria are likely to have the best experience with EPB Quantum Network, and we’ll discuss these topics with you prior to selecting a package or signing a contract:
Once you’ve selected a package, your Business Development Account Manager will walk you through the package details, including features, costs, user and service level agreements before all authorized parties sign the agreed-upon contract.
To protect everyone’s work, we require a state or federal-issued photo ID for everyone who will have access to the network and/or physical space at EPB Quantum Network Headquarters.
Before you get started using EPB Quantum Network powered by Qubitekk, we’ll conduct a full onboarding session for each of your team members who will be accessing the network. Onboarding includes:
Your Business Development Account Manager will provide you with credentials for signing on to the network configuration software for scheduling your time on the network.
EPB Quantum Network is available for scheduling from 6AM to 12 AM Monday-Sunday.
We’ll provide the Quantum Network Control Interface (QNIC), three cables for connecting your equipment to the network, and instructions on how to plug in.
EPB Quantum Network powered by Qubitekk is supported by network engineers 24/7. Your Business Development Account Manager will introduce you to your support team during your onboarding session.
